LCpl Craig Takes On 50km for Those Who Served - Will You Stand With Him

LCpl Daniel Craig, a serving member of 16 Signal Regiment, Royal Corps of Signals, is undertaking a gruelling 50km running challenge to raise vital funds for the Royal Signals Charity - with a fundraising target of £1,000.

This is more than just a test of endurance; Daniel chose this charity because it represents everything the Corps stands for. The support it provides to serving personnel, reservists, and retired members of the R SIGNALS makes a real difference to the lives of those who have given so much. It is a cause he believes in deeply, and he is proud to do his part to support such a vital and meaningful charity.

The challenge will see Daniel run 10km per day from 2 - 5 February, 2026, covering 40km in the lead-up to the final event. On 6 February, the regiment will run together to complete the final 10km at Beacon Barracks, finishing the challenge as a joint effort and bringing the total distance to 50km.

Daniel has said this will be a real test of his fitness, pushing himself to complete 50km in just five days. It is a challenge he is proud to take on, driven by his determination to give back and help the Royal Signals Charity receive the much-needed donations that support its vital work.

Daniel invites you to join him in his fundraising challenge, your generous contributions will make a significant difference in the lives of many who rely on the charity's support.
