Thank You to All Our Supporters — A Message from the Royal Signals Charity

As we move through the final months of 2025, the Royal Signals Charity extends its heartfelt thanks to everyone who has stood with us this year. Your generosity, compassion, and dedication have made a real and lasting difference in the lives of those within the Royal Corps of Signals family.

Your Support in Action

In the first 7 months of 2025, the Charity has directly supported 626 individuals, and many more have benefited indirectly through wider welfare and support initiatives. Thanks to your donations and fundraising efforts, just under £165,500 has been awarded in benevolence grants this year.

Of these grants:

  • 10% went to serving soldiers, providing support to those still wearing the uniform.
  • 17% were awarded to individuals over the age of 67, many of whom believed they would never need help.

This highlights an important truth: it’s often the generation that believes they won’t need support who end up needing it most.

Here When You Need Us — Without Judgment

At the Royal Signals Charity, there is no shame in asking for help. Whether you’re serving, retired, or part of a Royal Signals family, our mission is to ensure that no one in our Corps community faces hardship alone.

Life can change quickly. Illness, injury, financial strain, or sudden personal crises can affect anyone — regardless of rank, years served, or pride. That’s when we step in.

We want to make one thing clear:

No one is judged for needing support.  If you need help — or know someone who might — please reach out. That’s what we’re here for.

A Community Built on Compassion

Behind every grant awarded is a network of supporters who make our work possible. From individual fundraisers to regimental groups and corporate donors, you are the reason we can act swiftly and with dignity when someone in the Royal Signals family needs us.

To everyone who has donated, volunteered, raised funds, or spread the word in 2025 — thank you. You’ve not only supported people in crisis, you’ve reminded them that they are not alone.

Looking Ahead — And How You Can Help

We know that challenges don’t stop at the year’s end. With your continued support, we can keep being there for those who need us most, whenever they need us.

If you are in a fortunate position to support the Charity, please consider doing so — whether that be financially, through fundraising, or by leaving a gift in your will. Every contribution, no matter the size or form, helps us continue this vital work.

From all of us at the Royal Signals Charity — thank you. Your kindness changes lives, and your support sustains the bond that makes our Corps community so strong.

With gratitude and respect,
The Royal Signals Charity Team
