30 Signal Regiment Hosts Corps Boxing Competition

Last week 30 Signal Regiment hosted the Corps Boxing competition and what an event it was.

Boxing offers our soldiers both mental and physical discipline, it also promotes teamwork and determination. It’s about putting yourself out there as an Individual but still being part of a team!

Well done to everyone who stepped into the ring, and a huge thank you to the coaches and support staff who made the day possible.

If you're looking for a new challenge to sharpen your focus, boxing could be exactly what you need.
