Meetings
The East Kent Branch RSA is one of over 60 branches of the RSA, despite its title, it operates throughout the boundaries of Kent. The Branch has an ‘Event’ every month, and sometimes more often, both within and outside the Kent boundaries. Details are published well in advance in the Monthly Newsletter.
Additionally we have four annual events:
- Annual General Meeting – January
- Branch BBQ at the Hon Sec’s house – August,
- Remembrance Day Parade and Service in Canterbury Cathedral – November
- Branch Christmas Lunch – December

Membership of The RSA is open to any person – Regular, TA/Reserve, National Service, ATS, WRAC – who served with the CorpsHow to Join the Branch
Ordinary Membership is open to Life Members of the Royal Signals Association, and those who pay a Life Membership subscription. Associate Membership is open to anyone who is not eligible to become an Ordinary Member who declares an interest in promoting the Objects of the Association and wishes to become an active member of the branch; (this category is open principally to Widows or Widowers and Wives/Partners or Husbands. However it is also open to others at the discretion of the Branch Committee. The current Branch Annual Subscription is £10. Membership at the moment stands at about 180 and has remained fairly constant for some little time.
