Please note – Marston Lodge not open to the public. Access is available only to those attending Project 204 and then only during the event opening times.


Marston Lodge is really accessible from many major routes, less than 10 miles from the A14 & M1.  Event signage will be in place to guide you in from all major routes.  Event Traffic Management will be in place to guide you to the event.  Please do not follow the Sat Nav to the event.  Please follow the event signage on approach

Terms and Conditions



a)     These Terms and conditions (T&Cs) incorporate, and should be read together with, any Vendor’s and/or Agent’s T&Cs or regulations, which you can obtain from the point of purchase from the Official Agent. All monies are collected by the Royals Signals Charity on behalf of Project 204 Ltd (P204).

b)     Artists and billed attractions may be subject to change – P204 reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists, and to vary the advertised programme and timings without being liable to pay any compensation.

c)     No trading allowed within the venue without P204 prior consent.

d)     Goods using unauthorised event logos and unauthorised professional recording equipment will be confiscated.

e)     Do not buy tickets or goods from unlawful street traders/touts. They are invalid.

f)      You give your express consent to your actual/ simulated likeness to be included for no fee within any audio or visual recording to be used in any media for any purpose at any time. This includes filming by the police or security staff which may be carried out for the security of customers and/or the prevention of crime.

g)     No unauthorised buses, coaches or trucks will be allowed on site.

h) Weekend ticket holders will have access to parking and camping from 0900hrs on 21 Aug 20. The festival arena opens at times specified prior the event. Day ticket will have access from during the times and dates stated on the ticket provided.

i) Campsite and car park opening times will be dictated prior to the event. There will be no admissions to campsites or parking out of hours unless previously agreed by P204.

k) Day tickets will not include the option of camping.


a)     Refunds are only considered on major cancellation, or by special exception determined by P204.

b)     Refunds should be obtained from the point of purchase, no later than three months after the event.

c)     A minimum of the face value of the ticket will be refunded.

d) No refund will be given for anyone ejected from the site for anti-social behaviour or possession of banned items and/or substances.


a)     No unaccompanied under 16’s are allowed on site.

b)     Under 16’s must be accompanied by a ticket holder over 18.

c)     Under 13’s (12 yrs and under) must be accompanied by a paying ticket-holder over 18 at all times.  Wristbands, to write a mobile number on for children 12 and under in case they get lost or separated from their guardian, will be available from the wristband exchanges, arena entrances & welfare points.

d)     We do not accept any parental or supervisory duty of care or liability for any under 18’s on site.

e) Ticket holders who look under 21 may be questioned and should bring personal identification. Bars operate a Challenge 21 policy and you may be refused if you can’t prove your age when asked.

f)  Under 18s will be provided with a different coloured wrist band to help with age identification.


a)     E-Tickets are non-transferable and only valid when purchased from official agents of P204.

b)     E-Tickets/wristbands purchased from unauthorised sources will be rendered invalid and refused admission.

c)     E-Tickets must be scanned and exchanged for a wristband on first entry at a wristband exchange. No re-admission on ticket but you will be re-admitted if you have a valid weekend wristband.

d)     E-Tickets must be valid, presented in full and not tampered with (in the event of accidental damage, refer to point of purchase prior to event).

e)     E-Tickets remain the property of P204.

f)      P204 will not issue duplicate tickets for lost or stolen tickets.

g)     E-Tickets cannot be used as part of any marketing, media or sales promotion, without the prior written consent of P204.

h)     The e-ticket holder is responsible for their tickets until it is exchanged for a wristband and then responsible for their wristband for the duration of the event.

i)      All wristbands remain the property of P204 until 12 Noon the day after the last day of the event.

j)      There is no re-admission on day tickets/wristbands.

a)     P204 reserves the right to evict a customer without refund, and/or refuse admission. Anti-social behaviour may lead to eviction. Please act responsibly. Eviction Policy.

b)     You may be body/bag searched at the entrances, on the site or when leaving.

c)     Any item(s) reasonably considered for use as a weapon, which may cause danger, offence or disruption to any other person, will be confiscated.

d)     Any person carrying illegal items or carrying out illegal activity will be given to the Police and refused entry.

e)     Throwing gas, aerosol or similar canisters/containers on to fires is extremely dangerous and will lead to eviction.


P204 is unable to accept any liability for personal or property damages, losses (including confiscations) or injuries sustained at this event – other than caused as a result of our negligence.


a)     Banned from the event – Glass, air horns, fireworks, flares, illegal items, illegal substances, unidentifiable substances, new psychoactive substances (NPS), laser equipment/pens, air horns / megaphones, nitrous oxide and associated equipment (balloons / CO2 dispensers / cream dispensers), sky or ‘Chinese’ lanterns, sound systems, spray cans, tabards/high visibility jackets, blow torches, generators with the exception of those fixed in campervans, gas canisters, aerosols over 250ml, petrol burners, any item that may reasonably be considered for use as a weapon, or which may cause danger, offence or disruption to any other person. Photographic equipment is permitted provided that it is for personal non-commercial use only. In the event of any subsequent commercial use, the bearer agrees to pay the Promoter for the cost of a licence issued by the Promoter for permission to take photographs / visual/audio recordings for commercial use.

b      Drugs. Project 204 limited operates a zero-tolerance policy. Any discovery of drugs will result in the immediate ejection of the person(s) concerned. If deemed that drugs discovered are for the purpose of dealing, the person(s) will be apprehended and local police notified.

c)     Excessive amounts of food, cigarettes and alcohol. Only bring enough for personal consumption. Alcoholic beverages are permitted in campsites in plastic or metal containers only. any glass containers will be confiscated on initial access to the camp sites.  Bottles must be sealed and untampered or empty so that they are not used for bringing in alcohol to the arena such as vodka

d)     If you need to bring specific food or drink for personal consumption due to a medical condition please bring supporting evidence.

e)     Banned from the arena – Cans, disposable BBQs, campsite stoves, camping equipment, umbrellas, firewood, audio recorders, large/open drinks bottles (under 500ml sealed* plastic soft drinks/water are permitted).  Please note: you cannot bring alcohol into the arena (bars are available in the arena).  Please note: only bags A4 size or smaller are permitted in the arena. Any required dispensation for items supporting small children should be directed to the arena security access tent on arrival.

f)     Anyone resisting the confiscation of disallowed items or disregarding these conditions will face eviction.

g)     Items that are confiscated will not be returned.

h)      Under 18s are not permitted to bring alcohol or to purchase alcohol on site.

i)      It is illegal for an over 18 to purchase alcohol on the behalf of under 18s.


a)      Fires are not permitted in the arena.

b)      The burning of plastics, bedding, tents, furniture etc. is not permitted anywhere on site.

c)      Smoking is not permitted in enclosed public spaces or buildings including Arena big tops.

d)      Excessive exposure to loud music may cause damage to your hearing.

e)      Pyrotechnics, lasers, smoke machines, strobe lighting/special effects may take place during some performances.

f)       The use of drones or similar equipment for any reason is strictly forbidden on site without written permission from P204.

g)     Fires of any kind are not permitted in the campsites.


a)    Please use the bins and recycling points provided on and off site.

b)    No animals, other than guide or hearing dogs, are permitted on site. This must be authorised by P204 prior to booking.


a) If you wish to purchase a Campervan ticket please make sure you have read the following terms and conditions which have been put together by P204. This is to ensure all customers are adhering to P204’s rules and regulations set for their campervan site. Purchasing a ticket constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

b) These Terms and Conditions between you and Project 204 Limited (“P204”) are incorporated into and should be read together with the P204 ticket terms and conditions. If there are any inconsistencies between the P204 Festival ticket terms and conditions and these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall prevail.

c) If you provide P204 with incorrect, incomplete or false information in relation to the purchase or use of a Campervan ticket for P204 Festival  (“Campervan Ticket”), P204 reserves the right to cancel your Campervan ticket.

d) Each Campervan ticket holder will be allocated a pitch within the Campervan Site. (Accordance with Purple Guide)

e) One Campervan ticket is needed per pitch, however, every occupant staying on the Pitch must be in possession of a valid weekend camping ticket for P204 Festival Your Campervan ticket must be clearly displayed in the windscreen of your campervan before your arrival at the site.

f) Only one camping vehicle will be admitted to the Campervan Site within the P204 Festival site per Campervan ticket.

g) Campervan pitches must be filled with at least one camping vehicle. Pitches may not be used by customers camping in tents only. There will be limited space for ONE tent OR an awning to be erected per campervan.

h) As part of our Terms and Conditions we do not permit makeshift campervans/caravans on-site at our events. Many won’t have sufficient ventilation, water or door separation, and the risk from the gas and fire is an obvious one.

i) A campervan is not a van with a mattress in the back, with a water container and a portable gas stove. These types of vehicle will be turned away. The decision of what is allowed in will be made by the gate manager and their decision is final.

j) If you wish to find out if your vehicle will be accepted or not send details of it complete with pictures to the events email address provided on the website at least 6 weeks before the event.

k) P204 and Department for Transport definition of campervans/caravans:

1) There must be a door that provides access to the living accommodation.

2) A bed, which is an integral part of the living quarters which has a minimum length of 1800mm      or 6 feet. This can be converted at night from seats used for other purposes during the day but            must be permanently fixed within the body of the vehicle.

3) There must be a water storage tank or container on or in the vehicle.

4) A seating and dining area, permanently attached to the vehicle. The table may be detachable     but must have some permanent means of attachment to the vehicle. It’s not good enough to have a  loose table.

5) There must be a permanently fixed means of storage, a cupboard, locker or wardrobe.

6) There must be a permanently fixed cooking facility within the vehicle powered by gas or     electricity.

7) There must be at least one window on the side of the accommodation.


Please ensure you read these carefully and abide by the following:

a) Trailer tents and motorhomes are permitted.

b) There is NO water or electricity hook available. There will be a water point and waste tank in the campsite for general use.

1) All waste-water must be put in the containers provided. It is illegal to pour waste-water onto       the ground, into a sump or into a stream.

2) Campervan ticket holders must use the toilets provided and not pollute streams or hedges.

3) No trading of any kind is permitted from campervans.

4) No sound systems are to be operated in the campervan fields. Anyone found operating such s  systems may be liable to eviction.

Please respect the Country Code at all times.


a) Only self-erect tents are permitted to pitch in this area.

b) There are no allocated camping spaces.

c) No vehicles will be allowed into this area.

d) There is a separate Family Camping area away from the main area (which can be selected at time of booking and included in the price).

e) Port-a-loos will be available.


a) A windscreen ticket will be sent to you with your Campervan ticket with travel directions.

b) All vehicles must be parked in the car parks.

c) No other vehicles will be allowed entry into this field; this includes late replacement vehicles in the case of a breakdown. Vehicles cannot be towed onto the field.

d) We do not accept campervans which have been driven down or sited by non-festival goers. This includes staff from hire companies, so please ensure you liaise with them to collect the vehicle off site first.


a) No vehicles, awnings, tents (including toilet tents) are to be parked in the fire lanes at any time.

b) The designated campervan/caravan area of the site is the only place where ticket holders can sleep in vehicles.

c) We do not permit sleeping in cars or vans and security will ask you to leave the car park orcampervan/caravan area.

d) Cylinders should be stored in the unit’s gas locker.

e) Gas cylinders should be stored in the unit’s gas locker.

f) Generators and gas cylinders over 7kg in gas weight ARE NOT PERMITTED in this field or anywhere else onsite and will be confiscated.

g) Open fires are NOT permitted. Small barbecues can be used in these fields, but they must be at least 3m away from any vehicle or structure.

h) The use of large garden type furniture such as Chimineas; Fire pits; large wood-burning stoves or any other item that is deemed to pose a risk to the safety of you or other campers is not allowed at any time. We reserve the right to confiscate these items and/or refuse entry to the campervan site.

i) The fields must be clear by 1500hrs on the Sunday. All remaining vehicles and possessions will be removed.

j) The security staff will check for any items not permitted on site, as specified in the Terms and Conditions on tickets. Security staff will confiscate any such items and may refuse entry to the site. The discretion and decision of the security team will be final.


Entry into the car parks is bound by our normal Terms and Conditions of Entry. In addition, please note the following.

a) You must display your car parking ticket in your windscreen before you arrive at the car park entrance.

b) All individuals in your car must have a valid event ticket to gain entry and a car parking ticket is required for each individual vehicle.

c) Large vehicles may be subject to additional charges.

d) The following is not permitted in the car parks: sleeping in vehicles or camping, vehicle movement between car parks, bonfires, campfires or barbeques, unauthorised entertainment, trading. You may face eviction for non-compliance.

e) Vehicle searches will be in place.

f) Car Park Passes are not transferable and only valid when purchased from official agents of P204.

g) Lost & Stolen car park passes will not be replaced – this also applies to tickets which have been left at home, lost or miss-delivered by Royal Mail, or lost at any point prior to being exchanged for a wristband, including in the queue lanes, either before or after the ticket scan point.



Tickets and entry to the festival

  1. Do I need my e-ticket to get into the festival? Yes, you must bring your valid e-ticket to be scanned at the entry point to the festival.  You will then be issued a wristband that must be worn at all times within the festival.  No e-tickets or wristbands will be replaced if the original ones are lost.
  2. I need to leave half way through the day and come back in the evening, can I get back in with my wristband? No, there are no re-admissions at all on day tickets and wristbands, however if you have a weekend tickets then you will be re-admitted with your valid wristband.
  3. Will I be searched? Yes, the festival organisers reserve the right to carry out bag and car searches on entry to the festival. This is for your safety and the safety of all those on site.  The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone not complying with the terms and conditions and carrying banned items.
  4. Will I be subject to random ID Checks?  Yes for your own safety you may be asked to provide ID if you are 18 or over.  All those under the age of 18 will have a different coloured wrist band to help with ID checks.


  1. I am bringing a baby, do I still need a ticket? Yes, this is to do with capacity of the arena, please select 5 and Under ticket option.
  2. Can I bring my child? Yes, all under 12s must be accompanied at all times by a full paying ticket holder, 16 and over must be accompanied by a full paying ticket holder.  Under 5s are free, however they must have a valid ticket and accompanied at all times.
  3. What happens if I lose my child? The wristbands will have an area to write contact information on and there will be a central point where any lost children will be taken and looked after until you can be re-united.


  1. Do I need to pay for parking? – If you are bringing a vehicle into the festival site then yes, all vehicles coming on to the site will need a valid parking ticket that will be scanned on arrival. Please make sure you add Parking to your ticket order.  One ticket per vehicle is required.  You must display your parking ticket at all times.
  2. Where is the car park – The car park is located outside of the main festival arena, please be prepared to carry in what you need.
  3. Do I need to pay for parking if I am in the main tent and glamping camping area? – Yes all vehicles will require a parking ticket.  Parking will be allocated away from the campsite, so you will need to carry your tents and equipment into the site from the designated parking site.


  1. Is camping included in the weekend price? Yes, whether you camp or not. If you are camping do make sure you select that option during booking.  You can not camp on a day ticket.
  2. When can we access the Campsite? – The campsite will be open from 0900 on the 21st August and you must be clear from 1500 on 23rd August
  3. Is there a separate family area – Yes there is, this is a quieter arear away from the main stages and larger main campsite. Please select this option at time of booking.  There is no additional charge.
  4. Can I bring my motorhome/campervan – Yes, a valid campervan ticket must be displayed at all times in the vehicle
  5. Will there be electrical hook up and water? – There will be no electrical hook up and water will be available from a specified point along with waste disposal.
  6. How big is the allocated space for the campervans – allocated a pitch size will be as recommended in the Purple Guide which is 7mx7m or 6mx8m
