The Royal Signals Canoe Club and can provide entry level events for all disciplines, whether through specific Corps training camps such as Ex MERCURY PADDLER or through Army Canoe Union lead training camps. Training camps provide an accelerated opportunity for entry to Corps and Army paddling and subsequent Army and Joint Service governing body led expeditions.

Paddle sports provide a great, low-impact workout and help improve cardiovascular fitness, muscle strength and flexibility. Set your own personal challenges, improve fitness or take part in competitions and climb through the national ranks. Who knows, you may even represent your country one day!
