Basketball – Give it your best shot
Enjoyed by millions across the globe Basketball is a very popular and inclusive Army sport. It demands both athletic prowess and physical fitness and is played and enjoyed by male and female alike. Naturally, The Royal Signals has a well-developed squad of both men and women.
Athletic, agile, physical – an awesome year round sport.
Numerous training events and competitions are run throughout the year. Royal Signals are always on the look-out for new players, coaches and officials to be part of the Corps setup. Importantly, you don’t have to have any previous experience of playing to join our club as Corps Basketball is open to all.
Slam dunk? Give and Go…
Opportunities for all.
We offer something for everyone. Whether you are just starting out in the sport or a player seeking a prestigious place in the Army team, we’ve got it covered. Indeed Basketball is one of the very few sports in the Army that includes an Inter Corps competition for developing players, as well as competitions for those with experience.
Are you keen to give basketball a go?
